1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ph989.cam ("ph989," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine-licensed online gaming platform operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, accessing our website, or utilizing any ph989 services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer experiences, and promotional offers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of ph989 services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of all ph989 services immediately. ph989 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this agreement:

• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the ph989 platform, containing personal information, financial records, gaming history, and preferences.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a Player to their ph989 Account through approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's ph989 Account balance to the Player's designated external payment account.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot machine, live dealer experience, sports betting market, or other gambling product offered through the ph989 platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives provided by ph989 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines under whose license ph989 operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and address confirmation required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ph989 or participate in any gaming activities offered on our platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ph989 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3.3 Account Registration Requirements

3.4 Geographical and Jurisdictional Restrictions

ph989 services are intended exclusively for Players physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing our platform. Players traveling outside the Philippines or accessing ph989 from restricted jurisdictions may be denied service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ph989 complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction. Certain games or features may be restricted based on your location due to licensing requirements or regulatory restrictions imposed by gaming authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

ph989 accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers to designated Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and selected cryptocurrency options. You are responsible for all fees charged by your payment provider; ph989 does not charge deposit fees to Players.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies and Timeframes

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Suspicious transactions or patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures including requests for source of funds documentation. ph989 reserves the right to report suspicious activities to appropriate regulatory authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation. Players found to be using ph989 for money laundering or other illegal purposes will have their accounts terminated and funds confiscated, in addition to potential criminal prosecution.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits subject to potential forfeiture after investigation.

5.3 Game Malfunctions and Disputes

In the event of game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to Players' accounts. ph989 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems, server downtime, or third-party software failures. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to ph989 customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event; claims submitted after this period may not be considered. All game-related disputes will be resolved according to ph989's internal records, which are maintained with timestamp and transaction logs. In cases where disputes cannot be resolved internally, Players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR's player protection mechanisms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits provided by ph989 are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn—for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. 6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Players found en gaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, associated winnings, and potentially their entire account balance forfeited. ph989 maintains the sole discretion to determine what constitutes bonus abuse and to take appropriate action including account termination.

6.3 Promotional Modifications and Cancellations

ph989 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect Players who have already claimed and are actively meeting wagering requirements, unless fraud or abuse is detected. New terms may apply to future bonus claims even within the same promotional campaign. Players are responsible for reviewing current bonus terms before claiming any offer. ph989 is not obligated to honor promotional offers obtained through system errors, software glitches, or unauthorized means.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the ph989 platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game interfaces, audio, video, trademarks, and design elements are owned by ph989, our licensors, or our content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph989 services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any ph989 content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of ph989 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability and Technical Issues

ph989 strives to provide uninterrupted service availability but does not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, server downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity problems, or events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service provider failures. ph989 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph989's total liability to any Player for any claims arising from use of our services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their ph989 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. In no event shall ph989 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 Player Responsibility and Indemnification

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of gaming activities. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for managing your finances responsibly. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph989, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of ph989 services.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Internal Complaint Procedure

Players who have complaints or disputes regarding ph989 services must first contact our customer support team through live chat, email, or phone with a detailed description of the issue. ph989 will investigate all complaints promptly and provide a written response within seven (7) business days. We maintain records of all transactions and communications for dispute resolution purposes. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaint procedure without need for external intervention.

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ph989's internal complaint procedure may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight mechanisms. For disputes requiring judicial resolution, both ph989 and Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Players residing outside Metro Manila consent to this jurisdiction for purposes of resolving disputes related to ph989 services.

9.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Where disputes involve significant amounts or complex legal questions, ph989 may propose binding arbitration under Philippine arbitration rules. The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise based on the merits of the case.

10. Modifications to Terms

ph989 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players through email notification, website announcement, or account message at least fourteen (14) days before the effective date of changes. Your continued use of ph989 services after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using ph989 services immediately and may close your account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
